How to improve your website and make sure your clients stays on it


In my previous text I’ve showed that crucial factor, that you have to improve in order to lower bounce rate on your website is to make your website faster. But there are other thinks that you have keep in mind if you want to increase conversion rate.

First think first – make your design interesting


It’s not about making your website as crazy as human possible, but it have to stand out design wise. In one way or the other. Keeping things balanced between functionality and good design is really challenging. To lower the costs, a lots of owners are agreeing on projects that are boring or just standardized. Finding right balance between usefulness and attractiveness is what is improving the user experience and overall increasing conversion rate.

The way that your website is looking is very important to keep the user retention on right level. Right now is nearly equal important as offering useful content. That’s why you have to think about your website in the holistic way and think first and foremost about how it’s looks like. Because interesting looks is creating engagement.

Second – user experience and website responsivity

We are far beyond “mobile first” movement, which was really popular just few years back. But still majority of internet is accessed via mobile devices. There are studies, that claims for every 3 minutes spent online 2 of those are mobile.
